  • In 1991 Terry and Debbie Scott came to New Jersey to plant a new church for the unchurched. They were supported by the Oklahoma Assemblies of God as a mission project.
  • In 1993 Sayreville Worship Center was started with a few believers in Sayreville, NJ.
  • The church used tent meetings to preach the Gospel. At one time they had a tent which could hold 400 people!
  • In 1997 the church bought this building at 63 Cliffwood Ave with the help of NJ AG District.
  • The original church building was constructed in 1854 and was an African Methodist Episcopal Church. It was a product of the second great awakening.
  • In 2002 the Church name was changed to Harvest Time Worship Center. Our founder, Pastor Terry Scott, chose that name because he believed this church will be a powerful voice in the end time global harvest of souls.
  • In 2004 Pastor Kirk Cunningham and Ellen Cunningham took over as pastors of Harvest Time Worship Center and served God for 13 years, mentoring many leaders including Pastor Sam and Mercy and our current leaders.
  • In 2017, a generational shift took place as Pastor Sam and Mercy Daniel took over as pastors of Harvest Time Worship Center.
Today we believe we are in the days of Joshua to conquer the land for Jesus and usher in his kingdom in this community.
